Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or need a different size? No problem.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached.

Return shipping is at your own cost and your own risk. You're responsible for sending the item back, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method — we can't be held responsible for returns that get lost or damaged on the way to us.

Once we receive your return:

  • If the item you want in exchange is in stock, we'll swap it for you.
  • If it's not in stock, you'll receive a refund instead.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we've received and checked the returned item.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds. The only exception: if you return an eligible item for an exchange and the replacement is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund for that item.

Exchanges only

We work on an exchange basis. If something isn't right, you may return an eligible item for a swap — not a refund — provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for any return

To be eligible, an item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

No refunds on:

  • Sale, discounted, or limited-drop items
  • Items damaged through wear, washing, or misuse
  • Returns sent without prior contact
  • Items lost or damaged in return transit (returns are at your own cost and risk)

The one exception

If your returned item qualifies for an exchange but the item you want is out of stock, we will refund that item to your original payment method. Refunds are processed only after we've received and inspected the return. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Where this right applies, you are entitled to a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

To exercise it, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to send the item back, unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are yours. Your refund will be processed once we've received and inspected the item.

This statutory right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
